Manage the formal roles used for staffing, reporting, and functional labeling across your retail branches.
The Designation List provides a central repository of all job roles defined in your system. This view allows you to see the current status of roles and quickly search for specific functional titles.

To add a new role type, click the blue + Add New Designation button. A modal will appear asking for the role attributes.

| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Name * | The official title of the role (e.g., Manager, Sales Associate, Technician). |
| Description | A brief summary of the primary duties for internal HR reference. |
| Status | Choose Active to make this designation available for new employee assignments. |
