¶ Employees List
Centralize your workforce management. Track staff contact details, primary residences, and employment status across all store locations.
¶ 1. Employee Directory Overview
The Employees List is the master repository for all staff members within your organization. Access this via Employees › Employee List.

¶ 1.1 Key Data Columns
The directory provides immediate access to essential employee details:
- Identification: Displays the employee's full Name and primary Email/Phone for communication.
- Location: Shows the residential Address for administrative and payroll records.
- System History: The Created At column tracks when the employee was first added to the system.
- Operational Status: Employees marked as Active can be assigned to stores and tasks, while Inactive staff are restricted.
- Management: Use the "Actions" menu to view detailed profiles, edit information, or manage store-specific assignments.
¶ 2. Managing Employees
The interface supports several tools for efficient workforce management:
| Tool | Usage |

| Search | Use the top search bar to quickly find staff by name or email. |
| Add New Employee | The blue button in the top right opens the recruitment/onboarding modal. |
| Bulk Actions | Select multiple employees using the checkboxes to perform widespread status updates. |
System Security Tip: An employee's status in this list controls their global access. To
restrict access to a specific store without disabling the employee entirely, use the Store
Assignment settings within the individual's profile.
