- In Progress: Actively being serviced.
- Awaiting Parts: On hold due to inventory requirements.
- Completed: Ready for customer pickup and billing.
¶ Priority Levels
Jobs are categorized by urgency: Low, Normal, High, and Urgent. Priority impacts the order in which technicians view their work queues.
