Streamline your service intake by creating reusable templates for common repair jobs like screen replacements or battery swaps.
The Predefined Repairs system allows you to build a complete blueprint for a service job. When a template is selected during intake, it automatically populates parts, labor, and diagnostic notes, saving significant time for the front-desk staff.

The template editor is split into four tabs, each handling a specific part of the repair blueprint. Below is a detailed look at each section.
This tab captures the core identity of the template, including the name (e.g., "iPhone 13 Screen Replacement") and the standard customer notes.
Define the standard problem and solution text. This helps in maintaining a professional and consistent tone across all service invoices.
Pre-load the parts required for the job. You can specify quantities and any special internal instructions for the parts team.
Set the expected labor hours and technician roles. This ensures that the labor cost is automatically calculated and added to the estimate.
