Track and manage specialized parts that are ordered specifically for individual customer repair jobs.
Unlike standard inventory, Special Parts are items that you don't typically keep in stock but need to order for a specific repair. This interface allows you to link a custom purchase directly to a customer's repair ticket.

To ensure the part is tracked correctly through the procurement and repair lifecycle, the following fields must be completed:
Capture tracking and financial data to maintain accurate job profitability:

| Order Link | Direct link to the supplier's product page or purchase receipt. |
| Tracking ID | The carrier tracking number to monitor the arrival of the part. |
| Unit Cost vs Retail Price | Track your purchase cost versus the price quoted to the customer. |
