¶ Serial Barcode Report
Generate and print physical barcode labels for serialised inventory items to streamline scanning at checkout.
¶ 1. Label Generation Workflow
The Serial Barcode Report is a specialized utility for inventory labeling. It allows you to generate individual labels for every serial number associated with a specific product or a custom selection of serials.

¶ 1.1 Generation Modes
Choose the mode that best fits your current labeling task:
- By Product: Select a single product (e.g., iPhone 15) to generate labels for all serial numbers currently in stock for that item.
- Specific Serials: Manually pick and choose individual serial numbers. This is ideal for re-printing damaged labels or labeling a new partial shipment.
¶ 2. Printing & Physical Application
Once you click Generate Report, the system creates a print-ready PDF containing the barcodes:

Pro Tip: Apply the barcode label to the original manufacturer packaging as soon as the GRN is saved to ensure stock is ready for the retail floor immediately.
