¶ Product Stock Report
Monitor real-time inventory levels across all locations and identify replenishment needs.
¶ 1. Report Configuration
The Product Stock Report is a versatile tool for warehouse managers. It allows for granular filtering to focus on specific stock clusters or low-stock emergencies.

¶ 1.1 Filtering & Scope
- Location Scope: Filter results by a specific warehouse, retail branch, or view "All Locations" for a global summary.
- Categorization: Narrow down the report to specific product categories (e.g., Electronics, Accessories).
- Output Sequencing: Sort the generated list by Product Name, SKU, or Stock Level in ascending or descending order.
¶ 2. Visibility & Thresholds
Use the specialized state filters to isolate critical inventory data:

| Low Stock Only | Only shows items that have fallen below their defined reorder point. |
| Inc. Inactive | Includes products that are currently disabled in the system for archival auditing. |
Pro Tip: Click Generate Report to view the interactive table. You can then export the results as a PDF optimized for physical inventory counts.
