¶ Cart History
Review all cart records, track abandoned carts, and manage historical POS transactions.
¶ 1. Cart Records Directory
The Cart History page logs every cart session initiated at the Point of Sale (POS) or generated via online orders. It provides a complete audit trail of what items were grouped together before checking out.

¶ 1.1 Auditing Cart Details
The data table provides an immediate overview of cart value and completion metrics:
- Cart Number: A unique chronological identifier for the cart session.
- Items Count: Displays the total quantity of distinct products placed in the cart.
- Financials: Compares the Subtotal against the final Total (which accounts for applied discounts or taxes).
- Status: Indicates if a cart was successfully Completed or if it remains abandoned/pending.
¶ 2. Search & Retrieval
Use the search functionality or the dedicated Filters menu to quickly locate specific past transactions based on customer details or date ranges. The actions menu on the far right allows you to view the detailed cart breakdown or reprint the associated receipt.
